Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to procure services from KBA-Giori, North America to retro-fit a KBA-Giori Cope Pak Super-Numerota 212 Letterpress unit with an additional inking fountain. This procurement action is for services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will exceed the simplified purchase threshold. Therefore, the procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.5 shall be used.
