MEMORANDUM FOR: All Submitters FROM: 9CONS/LGCA 6500 B St Rm 101 Beale AFB, CA 95903-1712 SUBJECT: Solicitation No. F04666-03-R-0017, A/E Services IDIQ Notification of Resumption of Package Evaluation 1. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Beale Air Force Base has had to delay the evaluation and selection of Contractor(s) for A/E services. The Evaluation and selection process will resume on or about 1 Feb 2004. 2. To ensure that the evaluators of your submitted package (SF 254 and SF 255) are reviewing current and accurate information, you are requested to review your submittal that was provided on or about 20 Mar 2003. If you have any updates that you wish to be included, you may submit a revised SF 254 and SF 255. Revisions must be received in this office not later than 3:00pm (PST) Friday, 23 January 2004. All revised packages must meet the orginal requirements for consideration. You must ensure that four (4) complete copies of the revised submittal are provided. 3. If no udpdates are necessary and your submittal contains the most current and accurate information, you are required to respond to this notification to provide assurance that the information previously submitted is accurate. Your response must be received not later than the deadline identified in item #2, above. 4. Upon completion of submital evaluation, a short-list of the most highly qualified firms will be identified. If your firm is selected to be on this list, you will be notified and provided a Bid Schedule to provide your rates and costs for further evaluation and slection of contradt award(s).
