Description
THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR FLOW LABORATORY CALIBRATION EQUIPMENT UPGRADE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to respond to the following questions and extend the response due date listed in the original notice. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to 05/19/2004. Question #1. What are the Model number, Serial number, and flow range of Brooks Glass Tube Prover? Answer #1. Model 1051, SN 7104-91201, with a flow range of 20-24,000 cc/minute Question #2. What is desired Analog Input Configuration (Voltage or Current and range) of Brooks Glass Tube Prover? Answer #2 Analog inputs shall be: 0-10 VDC 4-20 mA Pulse: frequency 0-20 kHz at 2.5-32 VDC high level and 0-1.5 VDC low level Magnetic: 0-10 kHz, sensitivity 20mV-10V (peak-peak), impedance 6.6 kOhms RF: carrier frequency 45 kHz with amplitude of 8-15V peak-peak Question #3. What is desired Analog Input Configuration (Voltage or Current and range) of OT-400 Manual Single Direction Liquid Flow Calibrator (400 GPM)? Answer#3 Analog inputs shall be: 0-10 VDC 4-20 mA Pulse: frequency 0-20 kHz at 2.5-32 VDC high level and 0-1.5 VDC low level Magnetic: 0-10 kHz, sensitivity 20mV-10V (peak-peak), impedance 6.6 kOhms RF: carrier frequency 45 kHz with amplitude of 8-15V peak-peak Question #4. What is desired Analog Input Configuration (Voltage or Current and range) of 10 Gallon/Minute Manual Single Direction Liquid Flow Calibrator? Answer #4 Analog inputs shall be: 0-10 VDC 4-20 mA Pulse: frequency 0-20 kHz at 2.5-32 VDC high level and 0-1.5 VDC low level Magnetic: 0-10 kHz, sensitivity 20mV-10V (peak-peak), impedance 6.6 kOhms RF: carrier frequency 45 kHz with amplitude of 8-15V peak-peak Question #5. A Temperature option is available on this device. Is the temperature option required? Answer #5. Temperature monitoring of the calibration fluid is required. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on 04/29/2004. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
