It is very i mportant that the clerk that is currently providing service be maintained as it is very time consuming and costly to re- train another person and maintain the current level of effic iencies that are now in place. The work provided includes da ta entry into department specific software programs, typing specific to standardization and includes maintaining a secur ed MMD share drive whereby large manuals such as infection c ontrol, policies and procedures, etc. are being updated on a n as needed basis or as per the chief of the department or a s the section chief.
