Description

It is the intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, NC to negotiate on a sole source basis with Interim HealthCare Inc, 1601 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, Sunrise, FL 33323 to provide the services for In-home Collection of Blood Samples from veterans who consent to participate in a DNA Bank associated with the National Registry of Veterans with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). All interested firms must submit their written capabilities and qualifications to Contracting Officer (90C), Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705 by 4:00pm, May 21, 2004. No paper solicitation will be issued. Any question may be faxed to 919/286-6819. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED.
