- NAICS Code: 813312 NAICS Code: 813312 The Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a sole source purchase order for the Ecology of Ground Water/Surface Water Interactions Training to be conducted early September, 2004 at Flathead Lake Biological Station by Dr. Jack A. Stanford of the University of Montana. The Flathead Biological Station provides a network of wells and monitoring stations developed over twenty years of research to be used during the training believed to be unique. The training includes performing assessments of ground and drinking water and refining those assessments, and the interaction of how contaminants move in and out of these systems. The approximate value of this procurement is $25,000.00 The contractor will plan the agenda, receive and process applications, develop a list of participants, plan field training sessions, prepare and provide instructional materials, provide classroom instruction, respond to questions from the public regarding the training, provide a training evaluation form to all participants, and collect all completed evaluation forms.
