Description

This announcement serves as a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The government intends to negotiate solicitation 04SP201024 and award to The State of California, Department of Parks and Recreation for services for the operation and maintenance of the Auburn Dam and Reservoir Project Land, also known as the Auburn State Recreation Area. Department of Parks and Recreation is a public agency of the State of California that is duly organized, existing and acting pursuant to the laws of the State of California to operate and maintain the Auburn Dam and Reservoir Project Land (Auburn State Recreation Area) Operation and maintenance includes services to provide interim management, including law enforcement and security, operations and maintenance of facilities, land and water resources. This notice will be the only notice prior to award of the contract. The anticipated award date is June 17, 2004. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer, Attn: MP-3821, 2800 Cottage Way, Room E-1815, Sacramento, CA 95825-1898. Inquires shall be received by June 17, 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-MAY-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
