Description

RFQ 246-04-Q-0030 is for non-personal, dental hygiene services at the Wewoka Indian Health Clinic, Wewoka, Oklahoma. Wewoka is an approximate hour and a half drive southeast from Oklahoma City. The requirement includes a base year plus two one-year options and is a 100% total small business set-aside. RFQ release date: May 27, 2004. RFQ closing date: June 28, 2004.
