Description

This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, transportation and equipment necessary to remove damaged refractory from three (3) boilers in two (2) steam plants and make repairs in accordance with the statement of work incorporated in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or about 18 May 2004 and will be available on this website. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this soliciation is within a Designated Industry Group for the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation part 19.10. The solicitation is set aside for Emerging Small Business. An Emerging Small Business is defined as a small business concern whose size is no greater than 50 per cent of the numerical size standard applicable to the NAICS codes assigned to to a contracting opportunity. The NAICS code applicable to this solicitation is 238220, and the size standard is $12,000,000. To be awarded a contract from this solicitation , an offeror must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Information on CCR is available at www.ccr.gov.
