Description
This acquisition is for the following item: NSN: 5996-01-391-4746SO, P/N: LE409-0478-0001, Noun: Video Amp, applicable to the AC-130U Aircraft. FUNC: This Video Amp splits and amplifies input signal from VCR, ALL TV system and IDS system to each of the 3 DGO'S. The quantity is 10 each. No technical data is available for manufacturing. Destination: EY9513 (Attn Jim Baldwin) SOF Support Center, 626 Anchors ST NW. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Justification: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
