Description

Repair and paint the exterior of main headquarters building and two storage buildings; and the interior of selected parts of building located on the Blue Ridge Parkway, Milepost 384.1, Asheville (Buncombe County), North Carolina 28803. Work Includes: Building 843, approximately 7,000 square feet of exterior siding material, 25 columns, 23 lamp posts, and 17 exterior doors; and approximately 12,750 square feet of interior gypsum board walls and 50 lineal feet of handrail. Contract duration is approximately 90 days following notice to proceed. The NAICS code for this project is 238320. Small business size standard is $12M. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. The price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
