Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Plant Introduction Station, in Ames, Iowa, has a requirement to purchase a used Twin-Rotor Combine that can be modified for two-plot maize research applications. This procurement shall be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is a Small-Business Set-Aside. "Request For Quotation" package will be mailed on or about 6/1/2004. Requests must be in writing (MAIL: P.O. BOX 70) or transmitted to facsimile number (515) 663-7482. The anticipated award date is approximately June 22, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
