Description
PR-No.: IQC04091009002. NSN 1240-01-044-4572. Case, Sight Unit. I/A/W (19200) Drawing 11733760. Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 136-each 60 days ADO and any balance at the rate of 150-each every 30 days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various Increments Solicited: 50 to 99, 100 to 199, 200 to 299, 300 to 399, 400 to 499, and 500 to 600. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. See notes 1 and 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date of 2004 June 03. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Adequate specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This solicitation is restricted. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Approved sources are O K Tool & Die Co. and Vantage Associates Inc. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. FOB Destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
