Description: Solicitation: W15P7T-04-R-C023 This is a modified commercial acquisition for One Hundred and Sixty Five(165) each, with a 100% option 165 ea, Printed Wiring Boards, National Stock Number: 5998-01-466-4726 which is part of end item 30/60 kW B model T actical Quiet Generator. The above item must be fully and successfully integrated into the end item. The Government does not currently possess the necessary technical drawings to enable competition for this item. Governors America Corporation is the only source that possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Government requirement. This component interfaces with other Governors America Corporation components using proprietary communications standards. This is a sole source acquisition w ith Governors America Corporation authorized under 10 USC 2304(c)(i). However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The US Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) has established the BOP Websi te to allow electronic transmittal of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive info rmation from the BOP at (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil). The solicitation will be posted to this same site. Upon accessing this webpage, click on CECOM Business Opportunities. You may access potential Business opportunities by simply typing guest for the login ID and password. Registration for user ID and Password will only be necessary when you are considering the submission of CECOM proposals through the BOP. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) to receive contract award or payment.
