Description

This requirement is for the procurement of Portable Search and Target Acquisition Radar (PSTAR) System and Battlefield Management Terminals (BMTs) Training, Manuals, and Technical Support. The anticipated contract is cost-plus-fixed-fee. Performanc e required 12 months after contract award for the basic Instructor and Key Personnel training and 24 months after award for Technical Support Option for the PSTAR and/or BMT and Identification Friend or Foe System Engineering Support Option. This acquisit ion is sole source to Lockheed Martin Corporation, Electronics Parkway, Syracuse, NY 13221-4840. Lockheed Martin is the only company that has the experience in the actual design/performance of this system and the only source with the technical expertise a nd corporate knowledge to provide these services. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation. However, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date.
