Description

The Coast Guard National Strike Force (NSF) units are seeking potential offerors to provide one (1) two-week Hazardous Materials Technician training course for up to 30 students that meet all requirements in 29 CFR 1910.120(Q))6)(iii), NFPA Standards 472, and the current NSF Response Member (RM) qualification course objectives for HAZMAT TECHNICIAN. The training is part of the Coast Guard National Strike Force indoctrination training for new NSF members. This training will prepare the strike team member to respond to hazardous material incidents safely. The training is scheduled to take place in Novato, California at the Coast Guard NSF Pacific Strike Team (PST) from Monday 09 August 2004 through Friday, 20 August 2004, during normal local business hours, Monday through Friday both weeks.
