Description

Used Government owned Vacuum Annealing Furnace used by Aerojet Ordnance Tennessee in their manufacturing facility. The property is reported as used/good condition, 15,000 lb. weight capacity, heat temperature to 1100 degree C with Argon Atmosphere. Removal hot top shell, 42? Diameter x 78? high retort enclosing a stack of 4 stainless steel work baskets. Special design by Teledyne WAH Chang, Drawing FU15066-2. Five ton electric hoist with motorized trolley. Item is being sold as excess Government property and is offered in ?as is? condition. All bids must be submitted to DCMA Atlanta, ATTN: Glenn K. Robinson, 2300 Lake Park Drive, Smyrna Georgia 30080 no later than midnight June 11, 2004. Late bids will not be accepted. Successful bidder shall bear the expense of removing the property and are responsible for arranging transportation. Successful bidders must make payment in the form of a cashier?s or official check or money order within five days after award made payable to the United States Treasury before release of the property.
