- Offutt Air Force Base wishes to have Building 500, Room 2G10 renovated. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around May 22, 2004. Solicitation number FA4600-04-T-0093 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-23. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236210, and the small business size standard is $28,500,000. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following service: Demolition and Renovation of Room 2G10, Building 500 on Offutt AFB, NE. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-04-T-0093 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received via e-mail to TSgt Charles Jones at the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB 68113-2107 by 31 May 2004 at 11:00 pm (CST). Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. A site visit is scheduled for 02:00 pm CST, 26 May 2004, at Building 500. All contractors must RSVP with TSgt Charles Jones NLT 02:00 pm, 25 May 2004. Contractors are limited to a total of three (3) people per their party. Contractors who have RSVP for the site visit will meet at Kenny Gate (Flag Gate) NLT 01:00 pm, 26 May 2004. Those contractors who are unable to get access to on base must bring their valid driver?s license, proof of insurance, and registration for their pass. Direct all questions to TSgt Charles D.
