Description

This action is to add a firm fixed price option to extend the support of two Contractor Field Service Representatives for the Taiwanese CH 47SD Aircraft. This option would extend the support for one year to May 2006. Authority for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. There is significant proprietary information associated with this airframe that is not available to companies supporting other CH-47 air frames. The Boeing Company is the only source of proprietary data associated with this unique airframe.
