Description

SMITH'S FORK ROAD - PHASE II - Furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, except for government furnisehd material, and permits necessary to reconstruct the Smiths Fork road. Work to be completed includes: grading, excavation and embankment, topsoil removal and placement, clearing and grubbing and seeding. Additional work consists of the installation of culverts, cattle guards, fencing, bridge modification and signing. Work under this contract is located in Lincoln County, Wyoming. Bonds will be required. This requirement is 100% HUBzone set-aside. The Government Estimate is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fbo.gov. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about June 4, 2004. Contractors must register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov. This registration is necessary to receivce contract award, and will facilitate payment. See Note 27.
