- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to competitively procure Safety Shoes Contract for the Norfolk Naval Foundry and Propeller Center, Detachment Philadelphia. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 316219. The proposed acquisition is being processed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
