Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared for Providing and Hauling 2,836 tons of ? Max, Class 11 Crushed Aggragete base to seven different locations on the Los Padres National Forest in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be offered. Quotations are due by noon June 4, 2004. In order to be considered contractors must be registered in Central Contractors Registration (CCR). Registration may be performed online at http://www.ccr.gov. Quotations must be signed and include tax payer and DUNS number. If you wish to bid fill out block 12 & 17 and sign block 30 (a&b) of attached form #1449. Use the Schedule of Items sheet to quote on each destination. The work shall involve supplying Crushed Aggregate Base, ?? Max. Class II, delivered to seven (7) locations. See attached map for locations. See attached Schedule of Items for the quantities and price quotes. The loads will be tailgated on the roadway as directed by the contracting officer or his designated representative. The contractor shall deliver the requested quantities within 48 hours of notification. Recommended contract time is 115 days. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code 237310 Size Standard is $28.5 million.System does not allow attachments. Please bid on this project based on delivery of the required # of tons to each separate point.
