- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Pitney Bowes, located at 7630 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, VA, 22003, to provide contractor services for Maintenance of the equipment located at all 140 Bureau of ATF locations. The solicitation number for this RFQ is 440100004401. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference: FAR Part 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items), 52.212-04 (Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items), 52.212-05 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement) , 52.232-33 (Payment By Electronic Funds Transfer. The NAICS code is 333313 with a size standard of 1,000 Employees. Services include Maintenance and Softguarding of Pitney Bowes equipment located globally at all 140 ATF locations in the United States, Aganya GU, Honolulu HI, Mayaguez PR, Hato Rey PR, and Anchorage AK. This will include promptly shipping equipment and parts to and from various locations for repairs. Evaluation factors in declining order of importance are as follow: Quality, Technical Capability and Price. Quotes must include price and product literature information that lists specifications. Award will be based on meeting the technical specifications listed above on an ALL OR NONE basis, and price. This award will be for one base year, with 4 one-year options. The facility must be registered in the Department of Defense?s Central Contractor Registration database www.ccr.gov to receive this award. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. All interested parties must submit a quote no later than 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time, June 14, 2004.
