Description: This notice constitutes the only solicitation. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.The solicitation number W912CN-04-T-0584 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and incorporates provisions and clauses that ar e in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. This solicitation can be downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil. The North American Industry Classification System code is 339999, with a small business standard of 500 employees. The acquisition is a firm-fixed requirements contract for a Law Enforcement Driving Simulator including Skill Track reaction testing software. Delivery shall be made FOB destination (FAR 52.247-34) to location specifi ed on Solicitation W912CN-04-T-0584. The Government is planning to make the contract award under GSA Schedule contract number GS-02F-1411H. The required delivery date is 30 July 2004. Offerors who fail to follow the format and requirements listed may be found unacceptable. Quotes will initially be evaluated for delivery acceptability. Only quotes with acceptable products will be considered. Award will be made to the responsible offeror on the basis of the lowest evaluated price with acceptable past pe rformance and ability to meet the delivery schedule and delivery all items. The government may award a contract based on initial offers received, without discussion of such offers; therefore, initial offer should contain the offerors best terms from a cos t or price and technical standpoint. Full clauses requirements can be viewed at the ASFI for the above mentioned solicitation. Quotes shall be mailed or faxed to the Army Contracting Agency-Pacific Region, ATTN: MAJ Luis Crespo, Palm Circle, Bldg. 122, F ort Shafter, Hawaii 96858-5025, Fax number: (808) 438-2234 no later than 4:00 P.M.
