Description: The Naval Air Systems command intends to negotiate with the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office on an other than full and open competitive basis for the effort associated with the preservation and storage of the Lot III, IV, and V Aircraft. This effort will take place at the Bell Helicopter facility in Amarillo, Texas. These requirements will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The Bell-Boeing Team is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the MV-22 tilt rotor aircraft and is therefore the only known source for the efforts described herein.
