Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Rigid Flex Circuit Boards. The parts are: CLIN 0001, 93 EA, Rigid Flex Circuit Board in accordance with drawing 3081402-1, Rev U. ECN 709617 dated 28 May 92 and ECN 16464 dated 31 July 92 have no effect on the circuit board trace layout. These ECNs affect only the options for material used to construct the circuit board. Build circuit boards to Rev R artwork using option for Rev U construction materials. CLIN 0002, 31 EA, Rigid Flex Circuit Boards in accordance with drawing 3081399-1, Rev W. This requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) with Dynaco Corp, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under au thority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-04-Q-0179. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 334412 with a size standard of 500 employees. Required delivery is no later than 31 Aug 2004. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Responsibility: Offerors must meet the standard for FAR 9.104.
