Description

Demolish Pump House #3, Bldg 6266 at Barksdale AFB, LA. To provide the furnishing of all design, materials, labor, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to completely demolish pump house No. 3, remove associated utilities to the facility, excavating and backfilling required to remove associated fuel dispensing system including six 50,000 gallon underground storage tanks and perform associated sitework. Perform closure soil sampling, backfill tank beds, and provide site assessment for ground water. Finish grading, hydro seed and fertilize. THE PROPOSED SOLICITATION HAS BEEN SET-ASIDE AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVE REQUIREMENT UNDER NAICS 238910 (SIC CODE 1795). Small business size standard is $12 million. The solicitation will be issued on the EPS website. Anticipated posting date is 11 June 2004. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE REPOSTED TO THE EPS WEBSITE IF THERE IS NO OFFER RECEIVED FROM A SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN. THIS ACQUISITION FOR A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE MAY BE DISSOLVED AND THE ACQUISITION OPEN TO ALL RESPONSIVE BIDDERS.
