- A fixed quantity, firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for NSN: 2915-01-493-9532NZ, Pratt & Whitney P/N 4084965-01, NOUN: Core Spray Ring, QTY: Minimum 20 ea, Medium 40 each, Maximum 60 each, Required Delivery: 8 ea per month beginning May 2005, Destination: Ship to FB2039, Size and Dimensions: Outer most tube is approximately 26 inches diameter, middle tube is approximately 20 inches diameter and inner most tube is approximately 15.5 inches diameter. Assembly overall height: approximately 5 inches and overall length: approximately 34 inches, Predominant Material: WASPLOY AMS 5586, Form, Fit and Function: Spray Ring distributes and atomizes fuel flow into the Core engine and fan exhaust streams providing optimum fuel/air distribution and combustion during augmentation. Qualification requirements are available for this Part Number and data is available upon request. Qualification information can be obtained from OC-ALC/BC, Attention: Source Development Office, 3001 Staff Drive, Suite 1AG85A, Tinker, AFB 73145-3009, (405) 739-7243 or (405) 739-7244. The only approved source at this time is Pratt & Whitney. Award will be an order against the Pratt & Whitney BOA. Anticipated Award date is 16 Jun 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for solicitations may be faxed to (405) 734-8776. An Ombudsman has been appointed to address concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
