- NAICS Code: 562211 In accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Acquisition Procedures, the U.S. EPA ORD requires disposal of chemical and hazardous waste from EPA facilities located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan area. The contractor shall provide EPA with all necessary labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to remove, dismantle, prepare for packaging, package, load, transport, and dispose of chemical and hazardous waste including contaminated equipment/items, etc. The contractor shall also obtain and/or assist the waste generating facility in obtaining, when required by law, all permits, and other forms of documentation required in order to comply with the laws and regulations of any state, county, township, or municipal subdivision thereof or other governmental agency which may be applicable to the removal, transportation and subsequent disposal of the chemical and hazardous waste or contaminated equipment/items. In addition, the contractor shall satisfy any disposal facility access requirements, including fees, etc. Delivery Orders are issued under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the authorized ordering officer. Delivery orders are usually placed via telephone to the contractor for services. Each delivery order is assigned a unique identification number for tracking purposes. This procurement is a small business set-aside under NAICS code 562211 with a size standard of $10,500,000. Award will be made using "lowest price, technically acceptable" evaluation criteria. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Agency. Any firm believing itself capable of providing the required chemical and hazardous waste disposal services must request a copy of the RFQ in writing within fifteen (15) days of electronic posting of this notice.
