Description

Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office, SSMC4 - Room 7601/OFA61 1305 East West Highway, 7th Floor, Silver Spring, MD, 20910 The U.S. Department of Commerce/National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration/National Marine Fisheries Service intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with CONCUR Inc. to facilitate and provide on-site coordination of a Workshop on Endangered Species Act Section 7 to be held in Bethesda, MD, July 14-16, 2004. SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall: 1. Develop, review and finalize agenda and related supporting materials in consultation with NOAA Fisheries staff. 2. Prepare and review draft meeting materials including ground rules. 3. Conduct ongoing coordination with workshop organizers, including pre-meeting one day in advance of Workshop. 4. Conduct workshop facilitation. 5. Prepare meeting summary in draft form. The contractor shall provide two facilitators, one senior facilitator and one associate facilitator to perform work described above. The contractor will provide the draft meeting summary report which will integrate discussions and presentations into one comprehensive Workshop report. DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall provide two facilitators, one senior facilitator and one associate facilitator to perform work described above.
