- Description
- NIH, National Institute on Aging, Intramural Research Program intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Dako Cytomation, 4850 Innovation Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525. This is to upgrade the Moflo High Speed Flow Cytometer. The Computer Workstation must include Summit 4.0 software, I/I board, XP3200 2.25 GHz, MAD computer, 2GB RAM, 2 x 120GB hard drives, Matrox dual head video card, and installation to instrument. The Computer Workstation will be used to access full capacity of the Moflo High Speed Cell Sorter. The Smart Station sample handler will replace the Automated Sample Station in the Moflo Flow Cytometer. The parts includes 25mW Red Diode Laser which will replace the 12.5mW Laser. The other part includes the -15 PMT which is the most sensitive red PMT. These two parts will be used for the Moflo High Speed Flow Cytometer.
