- Provide material and labor for the installation of one 20 ton split HVAC system in the school's Activity Center. Unit specs are: 20T split system, adjustable back to 16T; Duck work above the existing ceiling with drops and returns; plenium to reach the ceiling setting on a steel stand; outside concrete pad with fence enclosure; all electrical run in conduit and sized per NEC/State/Fed codes; wall penetrations must be sealed to prevent air flow, with a fire retardant and moisture resistant material; Remove all excess material from the center.
