Description

RFP Number RFPLA0401, later renamed DOL049RP00026, to support the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for regulatory analyses support services is hereby canceled. The requirement was synopsized on October 28, 2003 and released on May 24, 2004. The agency has received specific comments that provided sufficient notice of dissatisfaction with the procurement process to justify an examination of the RFP. The agency has not used the best method to fulfill the needs identified in this requirement. Due to cardinal changes made as a result, and various administrative and acquisition strategy changes, the Department of Labor has determined that it is the best interests of the government cancel the solicitation.
