Description

Anticipated Issue Date: 6/1/2004. Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, lubricants, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform quarterly cart cleaning maintenance and repairs for the Fort Polk Commissary, LA. Evaluation of offers will be made on an "all or none" basis. This Request for Quotation will be released on or about June 01, 2004. This Request for Quotation wil lbe issued as 100% small business set-aside. Only written requests will be accepted, facsimile or email is acceptable and must contain the following information: Solicitation number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code.
