The Government intends to award IAW FAR 13.106-1(b), a contract to Dell Computer Corporation, Extended Services Division, for maintenance of Dell servers and proprietary Dell software residing on those servers. This requirement is a noncompetitive contract action to acquire server maintenance and proprietary software maintenance. This synopsis is for informational purposes and is not soliciting proposals.
