Description

The 38 EIG/PK intends to procure on a sole source basis local telephone service for Elmendorf AFB AK (Seward Recreation Camp Site). The intended contractor Interior Telephone Company, shall provide the following services: (1) commercial business lines, for common user dial service within the local exchange area, data lines and extended area service. The period of performance shall be five years from the date of contract award. The primary place of performance will be Seward Recreation Camp, in Seward Alaska. This acquisition is conducted under the Air Force's regulatory delegation of GSA's exclusive procurement authority for Federal Information Processing (FIP) resources. This sole source acquisition is justified under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). The Government intends to issue a Communication Service Authorization (CSA) written against the 38 EIG/PKK, Tinker AFB OK basic agreement DCA200-02-H-0034. Note 22.
