Description

Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan 18th Contracting Squadron, intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition to Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Complete Parachute Solutions, Inc, 1200 Flightline Blvd. Ste 2, Deland, FL 32724-2606, to purchase Vector 3 HAHO/HALO/SL Military Solo Parachute system (SOV3-HH) for Kadena AB, 31 Rescue Squadron that is developed by Complete Parachute Solutions, Inc. This purchase shall include the following: Line item 0001?ESOV3-HH HAHO SYSTEM 398, Model # 1AF-003, Item # CPS-SOV3-HH-398 Qty: 20ea; Line item 0002- MS-360 Main Canopy M2, Item # CPS-AM001-MS360 M2, Qty: 20 ea; Line item 0003- TR-375 Reserve Canopy, Item # CPS-AR001-TR375 Qty: 20 ea; Line item 0004- Standard Tandem Gear Bag, Item # CPS-GBT-001 Qty: 20ea: Line item 0005 ?ECypres-Aircrew Model, Item # CPS-100000 Qty: 20ea. All responses must be received in this office not later than 4:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time on 02 Jun 04, in order to be considered. Anticipated award date is 07 Jun 04. The appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), Code for this acquisition is 31499 with a Small Business standard size of 500 employees.
