- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561730. The work consists of harvesting and replanting marsh vegetation on consolidated dredge mater ial containment and training levees constructed for the Sabine-Neches Waterway Neches River Channel at Bessie Heights in Orange County, Texas. The work consists of harvesting specified marsh vegetation from the Bessie Heights and Port Arthur areas and rep lanting them on the existing consolidated dredge material containment levees. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary equipment, labor, and materials to accomplish the work in accordance with the Statement of Work. FOB is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance will be at destination. Delivery is due within 30 calendar days after contract award. Warranty inspection is in accordance with specification warranty clause. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (NO PAPER COPIES). This is set-aside for small business. Small Business Size Standard is $5M. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this announcement.
