Description

This action constitutes Amendment 0002 to RFQ W914NS-04-Q-2382 on Federal Business Opportunities for Electrical Cable Test Conversion Vans. The purposes of this amendment are (1) to extend the closing date and time set for receipt of offers, (2) to incorporate additional descriptive language into the solicitation, and (3) to revise the email address for questions regarding the solicitation as follows: ***The closing date and time are hereby extended to 12 June 2004, at 5:00 pm (Baghdad time) ***The following is hereby added to the solicitation on page 1: “This solicitation is not restricted to any single design. Offerors are invited to submit offers for products on an “or equal” basis. All of the functions and capabilities in the existing description must be clearly met or exceeded in order to receive award consideration.” ***The email address for questions regarding the solicitation is changed from cluckc@orha.centcom.mil to charles.cluck@cpa-iq.org NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-MAY-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
