Description

This sole-source combined solicitation synopsis for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented for informational purposes only. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Only one solicitation will be issued and only one proposal will be requested. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 813920: Professional Membership Services: 6 million. This serves as a notice of intent to award a contract on a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Corporate Executive Board, 2000 Pennsylvania Ave., Washington, DC 20006. This is necessary because it is the only known responsible and responsive source that can satisfy the Government?s particular requirement to maintain a Infrastructure Executive Council for the Defense Logistics Agency. This unique requirement can be met by contracting for the required service from the same source on an ?other than full and open competitive? basis.
