- Numbered notes 12, 22, and 26 apply. Item: Gear Spur, acquisition is unrestricted and is for stock replenishment. Contractor First Article Test(FAT) is required. Only waived source for FAT is Pratt & Whitney. This is a code & P/N buy. Coded approved sources are United Technologies Corp(77445) P/N 4002706 and Danish Aerotech A/S (R1775) P/N 4002706. Manufacturing sources other than these are alternate sources of supply which require a detailed data package for evaluation by the ESA. Drawings and/or specifications are not available. Required quantity is 489 ea. with a 75% quantity option. Delivery required of non waived FAT source is 330 days. Delivery of waived source is 120 days. Solicitation will be available on the Internet DIBBS web site on the solicitation issue date of 4 JUN 2004.
