- The Defense Supply Center Richmond is interested in receiving market information to conduct a market research for the disposal of Compressed Gas Cylinders located at DDRV and DRMS in Richmond, VA. This is a request for information only. It is not contractually binding. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of the information provided and will not pay for any costs associated with the information collected.
