- Western Area Power Administration intends to acquire a Bobcat skid steer loader and accessories with a trade-in of two tractors. All responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 200 4th St SW, Huron, SD 57350, Attn: Debora Kludt. The solicitation is issued as a full and open procurement.
