Description

PERFORMANCE DECISION ON STREAMLINED COMPETITION (Information Technology Telecommunication Specialists) under Reference Nr. N04CW03 A-76 FINAL DECISION- This is an announcement of results of the recent Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, streamlined competition of the Information Technology Telecommunication Specialists function that included the telecommunication move, add, and change functions for installation and removal of telephone sets, installation maintenance and repairs of dial tones and voice mail, NIH Directory management and distribution, research and development on new communications products and services. NIH has completed a streamlined competition for Information Technology Telecommunication Specialists in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. On May 21, 2004, the streamlined competition form (SLCF) was certified by the agency and the Contracting Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in-house. Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of the function. In accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition.
