- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) California Division Office plans to award a purchase order to the Transportation Research Board (TRB) to develop conference proceedings from a co-sponsored conference entitled, ?Moisture Sensitivity Workshop.? TRB was a co-sponsor of the initial conference and as such they agreed to be lead on the development of conference proceedings. The proceedings will provide valuable information about the sensitivity of aggregate used in pavement to moisture. This issue is of concern to State DOTs across the country. It is important that the information discussed at the workshop held in February 2003 be disseminated to those in the paving industry. As a co-sponsor of this event, TRB is a sole source of this service.
