This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FA5270-04-Q-S125. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industrial Classification Standard 325992 , Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to Okinawa, Japan 96368.The following provisions and clause apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
