- On behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Installations and Environmental (ASA(I&E)), the Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W) intends to issue an award in accordance with FAR 6.3 to execute a commercial award under other than full and open competition to Inside Washington Publishers, a small disadvantaged company. Renewal of the following proprietary subscriptions are: Defense Environment Alert, EPA Weekly Report along with access to InsideEPA.com and the Environmental Policy Aler t, Superfund Report, Clean Air Report, Water Policy Report, Risk Policy Report, Inside Fuels and Vehicles, Inside Cal/EPA, and Inside OSHA periodicals. The NAICS code is 516110. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR ). This is NOT a request for quotes. The Government is not going to submit a solicitation for quotes. Interested firms may email capabilities statements or questions no later than close of business, 1 June 2004. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information that may be provided.
