- Description
- REPLACE HVAC UNITS, Computer Building #2015. The Colville National Forest requires replacement of HVAC units in the Colville National Forests Supervisors Office computer shop. The project is located in Stevens County, Washington State. The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, supplies (except those designated as Government-Furnished), labor, supervision, workman?s compensation, unemployment insurance, transportation, and incidentals to perform all work necessary to accomplish the requirements listed in the solicitation. The Contractor shall remove and replace two existing HVAC units with air to air heat pumps. Work also includes demolition, controls, electrical, miner duct work, balancing, cutting and patching. One unit is roof mounted and one is ground mounted. The ground mounted unit will be an optional item. This project will be advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) rules. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about June 21, 2004. Quotes are estimated to be due July 12, 2004. Estimated start work date is on or about July 21, 2004. All work shall be completed by 75 calendar days from the notice to proceed. An Alternate Payment Protection (payment bond) will be required upon award. The project will be procured on an unrestricted basis. NAICS code is 238220. The estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
