- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office of the North Central Region in Kansas City, Kansas is procuring a contractor to provide all tools, equipment, labor and materials necessary to remove existing roofing and install coal tar pitch built-up roofing system at the Federal Medical Center in Rochester, Minnesota. The approximate square footage is 31,820 square feet. Final verfication will be the responsibility of the contractor. Residency requirements are applicable. All Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsive and responsible offers will be considered. A pre-bid and closing date will be advertised at a later date. This is a small business set-aside. See numbered note 1.
