Description

1. This is a Notice of Intent for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice is issued under Request for Quotation (RFQ) 133369, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) The NAICS is 811219. The provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. This notice is for follow-on services. Therefore, the Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with RVM Scientific, 5511 Ekwill Street #A, Santa Barbara, CA 93111, for the continued maintenance of the following: (1) Modulation pneumatics in LTM A68, Quantity 1 each; (2) Miniaturization of the pneumatic modulator for small gas Chromatography (GC), Quantity 1 each; (3) Chassis fabrication, Quantity 1 each; (4) Integrations of modulator and secondary GC column, Quantity 1 each and (5) SPME elements, Quantity 10 each. This announcement will close on June 8, 2005, by 4:00 p.m., EDT. See Note 22
